it was early morning
and i was late
late to call you
to say that i am on my way
i missed the train
set back and thought of you
while i was taking my cigarette break
the wind was tough
and told me to run after your footprints

it was an early morning
i woke up with my hunger to you
but this unknown feeling
i was with you all night

cross the street
stop by a coffee shop
to get an empty cup
to fill in with my love
i planned to give you
to heat up your heart

again it was an early morning
nearly before the sun rises up

the days are not gone
the time is not spent yet
my life is not ended
up to now
indeed it seems just started
the moment we met

that i kept in my treasure box
